目的:探讨百蕊颗粒对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)患儿的影响。方法:选择 2019 年 1 月—2021 年 1 月本院收治的86名CVA患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分成对照组(氧疗、沙丁胺醇、布地奈德雾化吸入治疗)和研究组(在对照组治疗基础上联合百蕊颗粒治疗),各43例。比较两组临床疗效、临床症状、哮喘控制测试(ACT)评分、肺功能指标、炎症因子水平和不良反应。结果:研究组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0。05);治疗后,研究组咳嗽、咳痰、喘息消退时间和体温恢复时间短于对照组(P<0。05);研究组FEV1、PEF、FEV1/FVC、ACT评分高于对照组,IgE、TNF-α、IL-8水平低于对照组(P<0。05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0。05)。结论:百蕊颗粒治疗CVA疗效明显,能改善患者肺功能和炎症反应,不良反应低。
Efficacy Analysis of Bairui Granules in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma in Children
Objective:To investigate the effect of Bairuigranule on children with cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods:A total of 86 children with CVA admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group(oxygen therapy,salbutamol,budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy)and study group(combined with Bairue granule therapy on the basis of control group)by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,asthmacontrol test(ACT)scores,lung function indicators,inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the remission time of cough,phlegm,wheezing and temperature recovery time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of FEV1,PEF,FEV1/FVC and ACT in the study group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of IgE,TNF-α and IL-8 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Bairui granules have obvious curative effect in the treatment of CVA,and can improve lung function and inflammatory reaction in patients with low adverse reactions.
