Observation on the Intervention Effect of Individualized Nursing in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis During Drug Treatment
Objective:To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention on drug treatment compliance and disease knowledge mastery of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:A total of 98 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was combined with individualized nursing intervention on this basis.The nursing effect,treatment compliance,patients'knowledge of nursing diseases and medication were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of nursing efficiency and treatment compliance,mastery of disease and medication in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of individualized nursing in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis patients can improve their medication knowledge and compliance with nursing,which is worthy of clinical application.
