Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Advanced Metastatic Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma During the Carrelizumab Treatment
Objective:To explore the efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with advanced metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma during the carrelizumab treatment.Methods:A total of 80 patients with advanced metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the double chromosphere random method,with 40 patients in each group.All the subjects were treated with carrelizumab,while the control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The medication compliance,incidence of adverse reactions and drug resistance rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the medication compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the incidence of adverse reactions and drug resistance rate were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with advanced metastatic esophageal squamous cell carcinoma treated with carrelizumab is good,which can effectively improve the treatment compliance and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and drug resistance.
