Intervention Effect of Trans-theoretical Model and Planned Behavior Theory Nursing on Patients with Chronic Heart Failure During Medication
Objective:To explore the effect of trans-theoretical model and planned behavior theory nursing intervention on patients with chronic heart failure during medication. Methods:A total of 106 patients with chronic heart failure diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into traditional group(53 patients)and study group(53 patients)by random 1∶1 simple distribution method. The traditional group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given cross-theoretical model and planned behavior theory nursing intervention on the basis of traditional group nursing. The medication compliance, negative emotion,self-care ability and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After 3 months of nursing, the medication compliance of the study group was 100.00%,which was higher than 84.91%of the traditional group(P<0.05);the scores of depression and anxiety in the study group were lower than those in the traditional group(P<0.05);the self-care ability score of the study group was higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trans-theoretical model and planned behavior theory nursing intervention can improve medication compliance, relieve anxiety and depression, and improve self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of patients with chronic heart failure during medication.
