Intervention Effect of Health Education Guided by Transtheoretical model in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure During the Nuoxintuo Treatment
Objective:To explore the application of health education guided by transtheoretical model(TTM)in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF)during the nuoxintuo treatment. Methods:A total of 86 patients with chronic CHF diagnosed in our hospital from July 2021 to March 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43).All patients were treated with noricept. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing during the treatment period. The patients in the observation group were treated with TTM-guided health education during the treatment period, and the intervention lasted for 3 months. The cognitive level[heart failure knowledge questionnaire(AHFKT),self-efficacy scale(GSES),CHF self-management scale],burden scale(ZBI),cardiac function and exercise endurance, quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the AHFKT score,GSES score and self-management ability score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of each dimension of ZBI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the LVESD and LVEDD diameters of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and LVEF and 6 min walking distance were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of each dimension and total score of MLHFQ in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of CHF patients with noricept, the application of TTM-guided health education can effectively improve the patient's cognition of the disease, improve the patient's heart function and quality of life.
