Effect of Nursing Program Based on Children's Medical Game During Atomization Inhalation Treatment of Children with Bronchial Pneumonia
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing program based on children's medical game on the compliance of aerosol inhalation in children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods:A total of 100 children with bronchial pneumonia who received aerosol inhalation therapy in Zhengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50)by random number table method. The control group was treated with routine nursing program, and the observation group was treated with nursing program based on children's medical games. The improvement of clinical symptoms, pulmonary ventilation function[arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)],atomization inhalation compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing, the fever subsidence time, cough relief time and lung moist rale disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).PaO2 and SaO2 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and PaCO2 was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of atomization inhalation and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing program of children with bronchial pneumonia using children's medical games can effectively improve clinical symptoms, improve lung ventilation function and aerosol inhalation compliance, and the parents'satisfaction is high.
