The Intervention Effect of MDT Nursing in Gastric Ulcer Patients with Omeprazole Treatment
Objective:To investigate the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative(MDT)nursing intervention in gastric ulcer patients with omeprazole treatment. Methods:A total of 143 patients with gastric ulcer admitted to our hospital from December 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into experimental group(n=72)and control group(n=71)according to random number table method. Both groups were given omeprazole treatment, the control group was combined with conventional nursing, and the experimental group was given MDT nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The compliance behavior, mental state[Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)],quality of life[The World Health Organization quality of life BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)],prognosis(recurrence rate, complication rate, length of stay)and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results:After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in experimental group were lower than those in control group, and the scores of WHOQOL-BREF were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate of experimental group was 97.22%,which was higher than 81.69%of control group(P<0.05).The improvement of recurrence rate, complication rate and hospital stay in experimental group was greater than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was 98.61%,which was higher than 78.87%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During the treatment of gastric ulcer with omeprazole,MDT nursing intervention can improve patients'psychological state, compliance behavior, prognosis and quality of life, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.
