摘要
目的:研究S市社会面吸毒人员对禁毒社会工作者的满意度水平并对其影响因素进行分析,提出改进意见.方法:随机抽取S市 16022 名社会面吸毒人员为研究对象,通过面对面的形式开展问卷调查,分析社会面吸毒人员对禁毒社会工作者的满意度水平,并采用二元Logistic回归分析S市吸毒人员满意度的影响因素.结果:吸毒人员总体满意度为 93.39%,不同年龄、婚姻状况、学历及禁毒社工工作内容、对禁毒社工的态度各维度满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二元Logistic回归分析显示,"是否了解禁毒社工""是否经常建立信任关系""是否帮助缓和家庭矛盾""是否信任禁毒社工"和"是否需要禁毒社工的服务"对总体满意度会产生显著的正向影响关系,"是否邀请参与社会公益志愿服务活动"对满意度产生显著的负向影响关系.结论:S市社会面吸毒人员对禁毒社工总体满意度评价较好,下一步要加强宣传,增进吸毒人员对禁毒社工的了解与信任,重点改善吸毒人员的家庭关系,从当前工作中存在的不足之处出发,调整工作方式方法,以进一步提高S市禁毒社会工作成效.
Abstract
Objective:To study the satisfaction level of social drug addicts to anti-drug social workers in S city and analyze its influencing factors,and put forward suggestions for improvement.Methods:A total of 16022 social drug addicts in S city were randomly selected as the research objects.Through face-to-face questionnaire survey,the satisfaction level of social drug addicts to anti-drug social workers was analyzed,and the influencing factors of drug addicts'satisfaction in S city were analyzed by binary logistic regression.Results:The overall satisfaction rate of drug addicts was 93.39%.There were statistically significant differences in the satisfaction of different ages,marital status,educational background,work content of anti-drug social workers and attitudes towards anti-drug social workers(P<0.05).Binary Logistic regression analysis showed that"whether to understand anti-drug social workers","whether to establish a trust relationship frequently","whether to help ease family conflicts","whether to trust anti-drug social workers"and"whether to need the service of anti-drug social workers"had a significant positive impact on overall satisfaction,and"whether to invite participation in social welfare volunteer service activities"had a significant negative impact on satisfaction.Conclusion:Social drug addicts in S city have a good evaluation of the overall satisfaction of anti-drug social workers.The next step is to strengthen publicity,enhance the understanding and trust of drug addicts in anti-drug social workers,and focus on improving the family relationship of drug addicts.Starting from the shortcomings in the current work,adjust the working methods to further improve the effectiveness of anti-drug social work in S city.
