Application Effect of Pharmacist Intervention During Withdrawal Treatment of BZDs Patients
Objective:To explore the application effect of pharmacist intervention in withdrawal treatment of BZDs patients. Methods:A total of 160 inpatients treated with BZDs in the Fourth People's Hospital of Urumqi from August 2021 to August 2022 were collected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 80 inpatients in each group. The control group was given routine intervention, and the observation group was given pharmacist intervention. The incidence of drug dependence and prognosis of disease outcome were compared between the two groups. Results:The drug dependence scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at the first week, the third week and the fourth week, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 96.25%,which was higher than 83.75%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical pharmacists intervention in patients with BZDs is highly feasible to reduce the incidence of drug dependence and achieve disease outcome, which can provide experimental basis for clinical rational drug use.
