Application Effect of Mivacurium Chloride in Anesthesia Process of Thoracotomy for Esophageal Cancer
Objective:To investigate the application effect of mivacurium chloride in the anesthesia process of esophageal cancer thoracotomy. Methods:A total of 96 patients with esophageal cancer who were treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48)according to the random number table method. Both groups received thoracotomy. The control group was anesthetized with vecuronium bromide and propofol combined with sufentanil, and the observation group was anesthetized with mivacurium chloride, propofol and sufentanil. The recovery quality, heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),pulse oxygen saturation(SpO2),pH value, cortisol(Cor)level, norepinephrine(NE)level, epinephrine(E)level, mini mental state scale(MMSE)score and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:The recovery time, extubation time, independent recovery time and directional force recovery time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HR,MAP,SpO2 and pH value between the two groups at T1,T2,T3,T4 and T5(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of Cor,NE and E between the two groups when entering the operating room(P>0.05),while the levels of Cor,NE and E in the two groups increased at 24 h after operation, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The MMSE scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group before and 3 h,6 h and 24 h after operation(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 14.58%,which was compared with 18.75%in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Anesthesia with mivacurium chloride, propofol and sufentanil in patients undergoing thoracotomy for esophageal cancer can significantly shorten the recovery time, extubation time, spontaneous recovery time, orientation recovery time, improve hemodynamics, reduce postoperative stress response, improve postoperative cognitive function, and improve central inhibition.
