Effect of Tianzhi Granules Combined with Aripiprazole in Treatment of Adolescent Obsessive-compulsive Disorder

摘要
目的:研究天智颗粒联合阿立哌唑治疗青少年强迫症的效果.方法:选择2020年1月—2021年12月本院收治的 110 例青少年强迫症患者,随机分为两组.对照组单用阿立哌唑,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联用天智颗粒治疗.比较两组临床疗效、认知功能、强迫症状、生活质量、焦虑程度及血清因子[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)].结果:观察组治疗总有效率为 94.54%,高于对照组的 74.54%(P<0.05);观察组WHOQOL-BREF评分和RBANS评分高于对照组,HAMA评分和Y-BOCS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清BDNF水平高于对照组,IL-2 和IL-6 水平低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:天智颗粒联合阿立哌唑治疗青少年强迫症的效果较佳,可改善患者认知功能、强迫症状、生活质量、焦虑程度,调节血清因子水平,值得临床应用.
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Tianzhi granule combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of adolescent obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods:A total of 110 patients with adolescent obsessive-compulsive disorder admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with aripiprazole alone,and the observation group was treated with Tianzhi granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,quality of life,anxiety and serum factors[interleukin-2(IL-2),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and interleukin-6(IL-6)]were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.54%,which was higher than 74.54%in the control group(P<0.05).The WHOQOL-BREF score and RBANS score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the HAMA score and Y-BOCS score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The serum BDNF level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianzhi granule combined with aripiprazole is effective in the treatment of adolescent obsessive-compulsive disorder,which can improve the cognitive function,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,quality of life and anxiety of patients,and regulate the level of serum factors.It is worthy of clinical application.
