多种中成药联合使用致严重不良反应1例

摘要
中成药很难从药名了解药品成分,如果将含有相同成分的药物一起使用,就会造成重复用药,使得药物剂量增加,对身体造成危害,特别是以有毒药材为主的中成药一起使用,常常会导致严重的不良反应.本文报道了一例联合服用多种中成药导致胃肠道严重不良反应的病例,患者经过经对症处理后,症状缓解,经分析怀疑为追风透骨胶囊和鹿川活络胶囊引起,并报国家不良反应监测中心,提示在临床使用中成药过程中,因尽量避免两种以乌头类药物为君药的中成药联合使用,以避免发生不良事件.
Abstract
It is difficult to know the ingredients of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations from the name of the drug.If drugs containing the same ingredients are used together,it will lead to repeated drug use,increase the dosage of the drug and cause harm to the body.In particular,the use of traditional Chinese patent medicines and simple preparations,mainly toxic medicinal materials,together often leads to serious adverse reactions.This paper reports a case of serious adverse reactions in the gastrointestinal tract caused by the combination of multiple Chinese patent drugs.The symptoms of the patient were relieved after symptomatic treatment.It was suspected that the symptoms were caused by Zhuifeng Tongu Capsule and Luchuan Huoluo Capsule after analysis,and reported to the National Adverse Reaction Monitoring Center.It is suggested that in the process of clinical use of traditional Chinese patent medicine,the combination of two traditional Chinese patent drugs with aconitine as the dominant drug should be avoided to avoid adverse events.
