摘要
浸润性乳头状癌(invasive papillary carcinoma,IPC)是一种罕见的特殊亚型乳腺癌,该肿瘤没有已知的特异性临床特征,也缺少相关生存情况数据,治疗方案亦无统一标准.本文报道中国医学科学院肿瘤医院乳腺外科收治的1 例巨大乳腺浸润性乳头状癌患者的临床病理资料,并对相关文献进行分析总结,以探讨乳腺浸润性乳头状癌的临床特征、诊断及生存预后,并对其手术方式选择及术后用药进行讨论.
Abstract
Invasive papillary carcinoma(IPC)is a very uncommon histological subtype of invasive breast cancer.Due to its rarity,IPC has no known specific clinical characteristics and few relevant survival data.A common agreement on the treatment option has not been reached.This article reports the clinicopathological data of a patient with giant invasive papillary carcinoma admitted to the Department of Breast Surgery,Cancer Hospital,Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences,and summarizes the relevant literature to explore the clinical characteristics,diagnosis and survival prognosis of invasive papillary carcinoma.The choice of surgical methods and postoperative medication are also discussed.
