摘要
神经内分泌肿瘤(neuroendocrine tumor,NET)是具有神经内分泌分化形态学和免疫组化特征的上皮性肿瘤,临床表现多种多样,较易误诊,合并系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)少见.本文报告 1 例以腹痛起病的胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤合并系统性红斑狼疮患者,通过分析该病例的临床特点及相关文献复习,帮助临床医生提高对胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤的认识.
Abstract
Neuroendocrine tumor(NET)is an epithelial tumor with neuroendocrine differentiation morphology and immunohistochemical characteristics.It has a variety of clinical manifestations and is easy to be misdiagnosed.It is rare to be combined with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).This paper reports a case of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor complicated with systemic lupus erythematosus with abdominal pain.By analyzing the clinical characteristics of this case and reviewing the relevant literature,it helps clinicians to improve their understanding of pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.
