Effect of Rehabilitation Guidance Based on Phenomenon Description During Postoperative Medication Rehabilitation in Patients with Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures
Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation guidance based on phenomenon description on postoperative anti-osteoporosis medication compliance and self-efficacy in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture(OVCF).Methods:A total of 96 patients with OVCF admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 48 patients in each group. The control group received traditional rehabilitation guidance, and the observation group carried out rehabilitation guidance based on phenomenon description on the basis of the control group. The Morisky medication compliance questionnaire, general self-efficacy induction scale(GSES)and Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)scores were compared between the two groups. Results:After guidance, the Morisky score and GSES score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the ODI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation guidance based on phenomenon description can effectively improve the compliance and self-efficacy of anti-osteoporosis medication in patients with OVCF after operation, and improve the rehabilitation effect.
