Effect of Humanistic Care Service Guided by KANO Model During Drug Treatment of Patients with Locally Complete Esophageal Cancer
Objective:To explore the application effect of humanistic care service guided by KANO model in concurrent radiotherapy of albumin paclitaxel combined with carboplatin in patients with locally complete esophageal cancer. Methods:A total of 98 patients with locally complete esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=49).The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received humanistic care service guided by KANO model. The quality of life, nutritional status, nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of PA,TFN and ALB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:During the concurrent radiotherapy of albumin paclitaxel combined with carboplatin in patients with locally complete esophageal cancer, the humanistic care service guided by KANO model can improve their quality of life and nutritional status, and patients have higher satisfaction with the service.
