摘要
目的:探究KANO模型指导的人文关怀服务在局部完全食管癌患者白蛋白紫杉醇联合卡铂方案同步放疗的应用效果.方法:选取 2020 年 9 月—2023 年 9 月本院收治的局部完全食管癌患者共计 98 例,随机分为观察组(n=49)以及对照组(n=49).对照组接受常规干预,观察组接受KANO模型指导的人文关怀服务,比较两组生活质量、营养状况、干预满意度及不良反应发生率.结果:干预后,观察组生活质量各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PA、TFN、ALB水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:在局部完全食管癌患者白蛋白紫杉醇联合卡铂方案同步放疗期间,KANO模型指导的人文关怀服务可提升其生活质量以及营养状况,且患者对服务满意度较高.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of humanistic care service guided by KANO model in concurrent radiotherapy of albumin paclitaxel combined with carboplatin in patients with locally complete esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 98 patients with locally complete esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital from September 2020 to September 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(n=49)and control group(n=49).The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received humanistic care service guided by KANO model.The quality of life,nutritional status,nursing satisfaction and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of PA,TFN and ALB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:During the concurrent radiotherapy of albumin paclitaxel combined with carboplatin in patients with locally complete esophageal cancer,the humanistic care service guided by KANO model can improve their quality of life and nutritional status,and patients have higher satisfaction with the service.
