Application Effect of Graded Intervention Under Target Strategy During the Ulinastatin Treatment Period in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis
Objective:To explore the application effect of graded interventions under target strategies during the ulinastatin treatment period in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods:A total of 86 patients with acute pancreatitis treated with ulinastatin in hospitals from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(43 patients, implementing graded intervention)and an observation group(43 patients, implementing graded intervention under the target strategy)using a random number table method, both of which were continuously intervened for 2 weeks. The recovery time, severity of illness[Acute Physiology and Chronic Health Evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ)]and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The hospitalization time and abdominal pain relief time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 2 weeks of intervention, the APACHEⅡ score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications during the intervention period in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of graded intervention under the target strategy during the ulinastatin treatment period in patients with acute pancreatitis has a significant effect, which can shorten the patient's recovery process, reduce the severity of the patient's condition, and reduce the incidence of complications.
