Application Effect of Self-role Identity Intervention in Girls with Central Precocious Puberty During the Growth Hormone Therapy Period
Objective:To explore the effect of self-role identity intervention on the compliance and quality of life in girls with central precocious puberty during the growth hormone therapy period.Methods:A total of 90 girls with central precocious puberty who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 girls in each group.All children were treated with growth hormone.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received self-role identity intervention.The treatment compliance,quality of life and intervention satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The intervention satisfaction of the observation group was 97.78%,which was higher than 84.44%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of self-role identity intervention during growth hormone therapy for CPP girls is better,which can improve their treatment compliance and quality of life,and have higher satisfaction with nursing intervention.
