Effect of Integrated Continuous Intervention of Medical Care and Medicine in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome After PCI During Postoperative Medication
Objective:To explore the effect of continuous intervention of integrated medical care and medicine in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)during postoperative medication. Methods:A total of 100 ACS patients after PCI in Henan Chest Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50).The control group was given routine continuous care intervention, and the observation group was given integrated continuous intervention of medical care and medicine on the basis of the control group. The control of disease risk factors, medication compliance and adverse cardiovascular events were observed in the two groups. Results:The control rate of hyperglycemia, high and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and hypertension were higher in the observation group(P<0.05).The medication adherence rate was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of integrated continuous intervention of medical care and medicine in ACS PCI patients during postoperative medication can effectively improve the control rate of disease risk factors and medication
