摘要

目的:分析切口感染领域的研究现状和发展趋势,为研究者未来的课题布局和决策提供参考.方法:基于Web of Science核心数据库 1999-2022 年切口感染相关研究性文章,通过bibliometrix文献统计工具对题录字段信息及关键词情况进行分析探讨.结果:筛选后共得到 2705 篇文献,发表文章数量逐年上升.美国期刊发表量、平均引用次数、研究中心性均位居世界首位.关键词聚类分析显示,切口感染风险因素、感染预防措施及感染切口管理三大研究主题.结论:切口感染研究热度逐年上升,当前研究热点为切口感染的个体化治疗和新材料、新治疗方法.

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the research status and development trend in the field of incision infection,and to provide reference for researchers'future project layout and decision-making.Methods:Based on the research articles related to incision infection in the core database of Web of Science from 1999 to 2022,the bibliometrix literature statistical tool was used to analyze and discuss the information of title fields and keywords.Results:A total of 2705 articles were obtained after screening,and the number of published articles increased year by year.The number of publications,average citations and research centrality of American journals rank first in the world.Keyword cluster analysis showed that there were three research topics:risk factors of incision infection,infection prevention measures and infection incision management.Conclusion:The research on incision infection is increasing year by year.The current research hotspots are individualized treatment of incision infection and new materials and new treatment methods.
