Effect of Different Antibiotics Combined with Budesonide in the Treatment of Community Acquired Pneumonia in Children
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of different antibiotics combined with budesonide on community-acquired pneumonia in children and its effect on the level of inflammatory factors.Methods:A total of 86 children with community-acquired pneumonia admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected and divided into three groups by random number table method.The control group was treated with azithromycin+budesonide,the observation group A was treated with azithromycin+cefotaxime sodium+budesonide,and the observation group B was treated with azithromycin+latamoxef sodium + budesonide.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,and expression levels of inflammatory factors[white blood cell count(WBC),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)]were compared among the three groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group B and observation group A was higher than that of control group,and that of observation group B was higher than that of observation group A(P<0.05).The disappearance time of pulmonary rales/wheezing,cough,fever and imaging recovery time in the observation group B and the observation group A were shorter than those in the control group,and those in the observation group B were shorter than those in the observation group A(P<0.05).The levels of WBC,IL-6,PCT and CRP in the three groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group A and the observation group B were lower than the control group,and those in the observation group B were lower than those in the observation group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of dual antibacterial drugs combined with budesonide on community-acquired pneumonia in children is significant,and azithromycin+latamoxef sodium can further improve the clinical efficacy of community-acquired pneumonia in children,shorten the duration of symptoms,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
