Effect of Mosapride Tablets Combined with Omeprazole Magnesium Enteric-coated Tablets in Proton Pump Inhibitors-refractory Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
Objective:To observe the effect of mosapride tablets+omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of proton pump inhibitor(PPI)-refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods:A total of 92 patients with PPI-refractory GERD diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into study group(n=46)and reference group(n=46).The reference group was only treated with mosapride tablets, and the study group was treated with mosapride tablets+omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets. The clinical efficacy, symptom scores, reflux, inflammatory factor levels, adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The RSI and RFS scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The scores of substernal pain, acid reflux, heartburn and epigastric burning pain in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mosapride tablets and omeprazole-magnesium enteric-coated tablets have an ideal effect in the treatment of PPI-refractory GERD patients, which can reduce the degree of reflux, improve the symptoms of the disease, improve the inflammatory response of the body, and reduce the risk of adverse reactions and recurrence.
