Observation on the Effect of Ticagrelor Combined with Antithrombotic Capsule in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction
Objective:To study the effect of ticagrelor combined with antithrombotic capsule in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with ticagrelor,and the observation group was treated with antithrombotic capsules.The hemorheological indexes(whole blood reduced viscosity,thrombosis coefficient,whole blood viscosity,coagulation factor Ⅰ and plasma viscosity),TCM symptom score,serum superoxide dismutase(SOD),myeloperoxidase(MPO),malondialdehyde(MDA)and soluble carcinogenic inhibitor 2(sST2)levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The whole blood reduced viscosity,thrombosis coefficient,whole blood viscosity,coagulation factor Ⅰ and plasma viscosity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of palpitation,chest tightness,vertigo,phlegm and shortness of breath and mental fatigue in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum MPO,MDA and sST2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of SOD was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ticagrelor combined with antithrombotic capsule has a significant effect on acute myocardial infarction,which can significantly improve hemorheology,relieve symptoms and effectively improve oxidative stress.
