复方异丙托溴铵联合无创呼吸机和高流量氧疗治疗COPD伴呼吸衰竭的效果

摘要
目的:探讨复方异丙托溴铵与无创呼吸机、高流量氧疗联合治疗在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)伴呼吸衰竭中的应用价值.方法:选取 2021 年 6 月—2023 年 11 月在本院就诊的COPD伴呼吸衰竭患者 100 例作为研究对象,按照随机分组法将其分为观察组、对照组,均 50 例.对照组实施无创呼吸机、高流量氧疗治疗,观察组则在以上基础上联合复方异丙托溴铵药物治疗.比较两组治疗效果、动脉血气指标、肺功能指标.结果:观察组治疗有效率为 98.00%,高于对照组 86.00%(P<0.05);观察组肺功能及动脉血气指标优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:针对COPD伴呼吸衰竭的患者,复方异丙托溴铵与无创呼吸机、高流量氧疗联合治疗可提升治疗效果,改善其动脉血气及肺功能指标,利于病情恢复,值得临床应用.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of compound ipratropium bromide combined with noninvasive ventilator and high flow oxygen therapy in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with respiratory failure.Methods:A total of 100 patients with COPD and respiratory failure who were treated in our hospital from June 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random grouping method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with non-invasive ventilator and high-flow oxygen therapy,while the observation group was treated with compound ipratropium bromide on the basis of the above.The therapeutic effect,arterial blood gas index and pulmonary function index were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The pulmonary function and arterial blood gas indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with COPD and respiratory failure,compound ipratropium bromide combined with non-invasive ventilator and high-flow oxygen therapy can improve the therapeutic effect,improve their arterial blood gas and lung function indicators,and facilitate the recovery of the disease,which is worthy of clinical application.
