Effect of Compound Ipratropium Bromide Combined with Noninvasive Ventilator and High Flow Oxygen Therapy in the Treatment of COPD with Respiratory Failure
Objective:To explore the application value of compound ipratropium bromide combined with noninvasive ventilator and high flow oxygen therapy in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with respiratory failure. Methods:A total of 100 patients with COPD and respiratory failure who were treated in our hospital from June 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random grouping method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with non-invasive ventilator and high-flow oxygen therapy, while the observation group was treated with compound ipratropium bromide on the basis of the above. The therapeutic effect, arterial blood gas index and pulmonary function index were compared between the two groups. Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The pulmonary function and arterial blood gas indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with COPD and respiratory failure, compound ipratropium bromide combined with non-invasive ventilator and high-flow oxygen therapy can improve the therapeutic effect, improve their arterial blood gas and lung function indicators, and facilitate the recovery of the disease, which is worthy of clinical application.
