从营卫论治雄激素性脱发

摘要
雄激素性脱发是一种非瘢痕性慢性脱发性疾病,虽不直接影响患者生命健康,但常常因其损容性给患者生活带来严重的心理负担.雄激素性脱发的病机较多,但观其患者症状、体征,结合其病史往往发现其存在营卫不调的表现,故笔者试从营卫的角度阐述雄激素性脱发的发病机制,附验案一则,以期为临床治疗雄激素性脱发提供理论参考.
Abstract
Androgenetic alopecia is a non-scarring chronic alopecia disease,although not directly affecting the patient's life and health,often brings serious psychological burden to the patient's life due to its disfiguring nature.There are many pathogenesis of androgen alopecia,but based on the symptoms,signs and medical history,it is often find that there is a lack of balance of Yingwei,so the author try to explain the pathogenesis of androgen alopecia from the perspective of Yingwei,and attach a case study which in order to provide theoretical reference for the clinical treatment of androgenic alopecia.
