Effect of Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Decoction Combined with Esomeprazole Sodium in the Treatment of Refractory Non-erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine mixture combined with esomeprazole sodium in the treatment of refractory non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods:A total of 118 patients with refractory non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease diagnosed in our hospital from June 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into experimental group(60 patients)and control group(58 patients). The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine mixture combined with esomeprazole sodium, while the control group was only treated with esomeprazole sodium. The clinical efficacy, condition, psychological status, quality of life,24 h esophageal pH value, recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate, recurrence rate and incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).The RDQ symptom score,SAS score and SDS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, the SF-36 score was higher than that of the control group, and the 24 h esophageal pH value was better than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of traditional Chinese medicine mixture combined with esomeprazole sodium in the treatment of GERD is better.Although the overall efficacy is not significantly different from that of esomeprazole sodium alone, the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has obvious advantages in regulating mood, relieving depression and anxiety, and improving quality of life.Meanwhile, the time of symptom improvement is shorter than that of esomeprazole sodium alone, and the clinical satisfaction of patients is higher, which is worthy of clinical application.
