目的:探析中医辨证肝胃气滞证慢性萎缩性胃炎患者应用脐针疗法干预的临床效果.方法:选择2021年1月—2023 年 6 月在本院门诊及住院符合肝胃气滞证慢性萎缩性患者40 例为研究对象,用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组 20 例.对照组接受常规西医治疗,观察组给予西药联合脐针疗法干预.比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分.结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).两组治疗后胃脘胀满、嗳气、食欲减退、胁肋胀痛症状积分低于治疗前,且观察组各症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对中医辨证肝胃气滞证慢性萎缩性胃炎患者在常规对症治疗基础上联合基于脐针理念疗法干预效果显著,可有效改善患者临床症状.
Study on the Effect of Umbilical Needle Therapy Combined with Omeprazole in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Liver and Stomach Qi Stagnation Syndrome
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of umbilical needle therapy on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of liver and stomach qi stagnation syndrome.Methods:From January 2021 to June 2023,40 patients with chronic atrophy of liver and stomach qi stagnation syndrome in our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given western medicine combined with umbilical needle therapy.The clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of epigastric distension,belching,decreased appetite,and costal pain in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined treatment of umbilical acupuncture therapy based on the concept of TCM syndrome differentiation and conventional symptomatic treatment has significant effects in improving clinical symptoms in patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of liver and stomach qi stagnation syndrome.
