Effect of Nifuratel Nysfungin Vaginal Soft Capsules Combined with Baofukang Suppository in Treatment of Colpomycosis
Objective:To study the effect of nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule combined with Baofukang suppository in the treatment of colpomycosis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with colpomycosis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule alone,and the observation group was treated with Baofukang suppository on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom score and serum indexes[interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-γ(INF-γ),interleukin-6(IL-6),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-10(IL-10)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)levels]were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of vaginal itching,leucorrhea odor,vaginal mucosal congestion and vaginal burning pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-2,INF-γ and TNF-α in vaginal lavage fluid of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of IL-6,MCP-1,IL-10 and IL-4 were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule combined with Baofukang suppository has a significant effect on colpomycosis,which can improve clinical symptoms,inhibit the level of inflammatory factors,enhance the body's immunity,and is worthy of clinical application.
