Effect of Compound Anisodine in Adjuvant Treatment of Secondary Ischemic Fundus Disease
Objective:To explore the safety of compound anisodine in the treatment of secondary ischemic fundus diseases and its effect on vision. Methods:A total of 124 patients with secondary ischemic fundus disease admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by random number table method(n=62).The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the study group was treated with compound anisodine. The hemodynamic indexes, visual acuity, visual improvement time, adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results:EDV and PSV in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and PI was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of visual acuity in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of subjective symptoms and improvement of visual acuity in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound anisodine is effective in the adjuvant treatment of secondary ischemic fundus disease, which can effectively improve the ocular hemodynamic index and visual acuity, and the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate is low.
