Effect of Preventive Nursing in Patients with Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage During Drugs Treatment Period
Objective:To study the application effect of preventive nursing in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage during drugs treatment period.Methods:A total of 80 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine clinical nursing,and the observation group received preventive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nursing satisfaction,complications and death of the two groups were compared.Results:The total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate and mortality of pulmonary infection,upper gastrointestinal bleeding and bedsore in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Preventive nursing intervention can effectively prevent pulmonary infection,upper gastrointestinal bleeding and bedsore complications in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage,and improve nursing satisfaction.
