Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive-Cooperative-Coordination-Continuity Nursing Intervention Strategy in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis During Drug Treatment
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive-cooperative-coordination-continuity nursing intervention strategy on medication compliance and quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:A total of 106 RA patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random drawing method,with 53 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive-cooperative-coordination-continuity nursing intervention strategy on the basis of the control group.The medication compliance at 2 months after discharge and the psychological status at admission,discharge day and 2 months after discharge[Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score],Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),range of motion(ROM),Rheumatoid Arthritis Self-Efficacy Scale(RASE),Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total medication compliance rate,ROM,RASE and GQOLI-74 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and SAS,SDS and VAS scores were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive-cooperative-coordination-continuity nursing intervention strategy can improve medication compliance,relieve pain,improve joint activity,improve negative emotions,and improve self-management efficacy and quality of life in RA patients.
