Effect of Continuous Nursing Based on Telephone Follow-up on Patients with Coronary Heart Disease During Taking Statins Treatment
Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on telephone follow-up on statin compliance, cardiac function and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 110 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to December 2022 was divided into control group(n=55)and observation group(n=55)according to different nursing methods. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given continuous nursing based on telephone follow-up on the basis of the control group. The statin medication compliance, cardiac function, quality of life and cardiovascular adverse events were compared between the two groups after nursing. Results:After nursing, the medication compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDD)and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing based on telephone follow-up can effectively improve the compliance of statins in patients with coronary heart disease, improve the cardiac function of patients, improve the quality of life, and reduce the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events.
