Effect of Systematic Nursing Under The Concept of Feedforward Control for Patient with Cerebral Infarction During the Antiplatelet Drugs Treatment Period
Objective:To explore the application effect of systematic nursing under the concept of feedforward control for patient with cerebral infarction during the antiplatelet drug treatment period. Methods:The data of 102 patients with cerebral infarction who received antiplatelet therapy in the hospital from November 2022 to August 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,51 patients who received systematic nursing intervention were included in the control group, and 51 patients who received systematic nursing intervention under the concept of feedforward control were included in the observation group. The psychological status[Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)],treatment compliance, limb motor function[simplified Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)]and activities of daily living[Barthel Index scale(BI)]were compared between the two groups. Results:At the end of intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of treatment compliance, upper and lower limb motor function and BI were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic nursing under the concept of feedforward control for patient with cerebral infarction during the antiplatelet drugs treatment period is more conducive to improving the psychological state, improving the treatment compliance, promoting the recovery of limb motor function, and further improving the ability of daily living activities of patients.
