Effect of Programmed Nursing Under the Theory of Health Consciousness Applied to Cataract Patients During Postoperative Drug Treatment
Objective:To explore the application effect of programmed nursing under the theory of health consciousness in postoperative drug treatment of cataract patients. Methods:A total of 110 patients who underwent drug treatment after cataract surgery in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(programmed nursing,55 patients)and observation group(programmed nursing under the theory of health consciousness,55 patients)according to the random number table method. Both groups were intervened for 1 month. The medication compliance(Morisky Medication Adherence Scale),self-care ability[the Exereise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)]and quality of life[quality of life comprehensive assessment questionnaire(GQOLI-74)]were compared between the two groups. Results:The overall medication compliance of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ESCA score and GQOLI-74 score of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of programmed nursing under the theory of health consciousness during the postoperative drug treatment can improve the medication compliance and self-care ability of cataract patients, and improve their quality of life.
