Study on the Mechanism,Pharmacological Action and Clinical Application of Oliceridine
Opioids are the most effective drugs for the treatment of acute pain in clinic. However,Opioids which commonly used prone to cause adverse reactions such as respiratory system and nausea and vomiting, limits their clinical application greatly. Therefore, there is an urgent need to develop new opioids with strong analgesic activity and weak respiratory inhibition. The biased opioid agonist oxaliplatin has been proved to have excellent analgesic effect equivalent to morphine, while reducing the risk of adverse reactions of traditional opioids. It can also reduce the overall medical cost and induce lower hyperalgesia, which providing a safer and more reliable option for postoperative pain management. This article mainly reviews the mechanism of action, pharmacological effects and clinical applications of oliceridine, providing a basis for its rational use.
