Effect of Different Antipsychotic Treatment Regimens on Middle-aged Female Patients with Schizophrenia During Maintenance Treatment
Objective:To analyze the effects of different antipsychotic drug use regimens on middle-aged female patients with schizophrenia.Methods:A total of 50 female schizophrenic patients hospitalized for a long time in the psychiatric rehabilitation area of Shanghai Changning Mental Health Center from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into olanzapine single group and olanzapine combined with aripiprazole group according to the combination of antipsychotic drugs.Prolactin,leukocyte,extrapyramidal adverse reactions(EPS)and disease stability were compared between the two groups.Results:In the maintenance treatment period,the level of prolactin in single drug group was higher than that in combined drug group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in leukocyte level between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of EPS and relapse between the single medication group and the combined medication group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Olanzapine combined with aripiprazole can reduce prolactin levels in middle-aged female patients with schizophrenia during maintenance treatment,and it is safe.
