Anesthetic Effect of Low-dose Sufentanil Combined with Ropivacaine in Lower Limb Fracture Surgery
Objective:To investigate the anesthetic effect of low-dose sufentanil combined with ropivacaine in lower limb fracture surgery. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 74 patients with lower limb fracture surgery admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to May 2022 was conducted.According to different anesthesia methods, the patients were divided into observation group and control group,37 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ropivacaine alone, and the observation group was treated with low-dose sufentanil on the basis of the control group. The anesthetic effect, pain, heart rate and mean arterial pressure were compared between the two groups. Results:The onset time of sensory block and motor block in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the duration of sensory block and motor block was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain score, heart rate and mean arterial pressure at 2 and 6 h after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with ropivacaine alone, low dose sufentanil combined with ropivacaine has a faster onset and longer duration of sensory and motor blockade in lower limb fracture surgery, with better analgesic effects.
