Effect of Nursing Project Improvement Activities on Adverse Reactions,Negative Emotions and Analgesic Effects for Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis During the Opioids Treatment Period
Objective:To explore the effect of nursing project improvement on the prevention of adverse reactions of opioids in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods:A total of 156 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated with opioids in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.Among them,78 patients from January to June were treated with routine nursing as the reference group;from July to December,78 patients were treated with nursing project improvement activities as the experimental group. The incidence of adverse reactions, pain degree,self-efficacy score and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05);the pain score and SAS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group, and the self-efficacy score were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).From July to December, the incidence of adverse reactions of opioids in patients with osteoarthritis decreased from 32.05%to 15.38%,the target achievement rate was 158.00%,and the progress rate was 52.01%.Conclusion:Nursing project improvement activities can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions of opioids in patients with knee osteoarthritis, reduce the pain and anxiety symptoms, improve the self-efficacy.
