摘要
回顾性分析我院使用注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠引起粒细胞缺乏病例2 例,结合文献,探索其发生粒细胞缺乏的机制、症状及处置措施,提醒医护人员在使用注射用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠过程中应高度重视其血液系统的不良反应,加强用药监测.
Abstract
Two cases of agranulocytosis caused by piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Combined with the literature,the mechanism,symptoms and treatment measures of agranulocytosis were explored.It was reminded that medical staff should attach great importance to the adverse reactions of the blood system during the use of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium for injection,and strengthen the monitoring of drug use.
