Analysis and Preventive Measures of Cluster Adverse Drug Events of Ambroxol Injection
Objective:To explore and analyze the causes of the cluster adverse drug events of ambroxol injection.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 6 cases of cluster adverse drug events of ambroxol injection in our hospital from May 10 to May 15,2023.The basic information,medication information,adverse reaction symptoms and prognosis of patients were analyzed..Results:The 6 cases were concentrated in the pediatric ward,and the patients were all children.The basic diseases were bronchial pneumonia and bronchitis.The solvent was 5%glucose injection;on the date of adverse reactions,1 case occurred on the day of using ambroxol injection,and the remaining 5 cases occurred on 2-3 days of continuous use of ambroxol injection.Before and after intravenous infusion of ambroxol injection,there were irrigation infusion sets.The main clinical manifestations of the patients were vomiting,abdominal pain and other digestive system reactions.Conclusion:Cluster adverse drug events are important signals for pharmacists to monitor adverse reactions.The pharmacy department formulates corresponding preventive measures according to the cluster adverse drug events,and provides practical basis for early warning,rapid feedback and timely treatment of cluster adverse drug events.
