摘要
特鲁索综合征(Trousseau's syndrome,TS)是指一类伴随恶性肿瘤发生的原因不明的动脉或静脉血栓栓塞事件.以脑梗死作为首发临床表现的恶性肿瘤在临床中并不常见.该文报道了1 例以多灶性脑梗死起病的卵巢癌患者,通过分析该病例的临床特点及相关文献复习,帮助临床医生提高对特鲁索综合征的认识.
Abstract
Trousseau's syndrome(TS)refers to a class of unexplained arterial or venous thromboembolism events associated with malignant tumors.Malignant tumors with cerebral infarction as the first clinical manifestation are not common in clinical practice.This article reported a case of ovarian cancer with onset of multifocal cerebral infarction.By analyzing the clinical characteristics of this case and reviewing the relevant literature,it helped clinicians to improve their understanding of Trousseau's syndrome.
