Multifocal Cerebral Infarction as the First Symptom of Ovarian Cancer with Trousseau's Syndrome:a Case Report and Literature Review
Trousseau's syndrome(TS)refers to a class of unexplained arterial or venous thromboembolism events associated with malignant tumors.Malignant tumors with cerebral infarction as the first clinical manifestation are not common in clinical practice.This article reported a case of ovarian cancer with onset of multifocal cerebral infarction.By analyzing the clinical characteristics of this case and reviewing the relevant literature,it helped clinicians to improve their understanding of Trousseau's syndrome.
