Objective:To investigate the current situation of exercise fear in elderly stroke patients and analyze its influencing factors. Methods:From May 2023 to August 2023,the convenience sampling method was used to select the elderly stroke patients in a tertiary hospital in Shangqiu City,Henan Province as the survey subjects. The general data survey scale, the modified Rankin scale, the revised facial expression pain scale, the motor self-efficacy scale, the Chinese version of the kinesiophobia assessment scale, the extensive anxiety disorder scale, and the health questionnaire depression scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the patients.Binary logistics regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of exercise fear. Results:Total score of kinophobia(39.89±10.76),the incidence of 68.9%.The results of binary logistic regression analysis showed that exercise self-efficacy and per capita monthly income were protective factors(OR=0.940,0.482,all P<0.05);disability,pain,and female were risk factors for exercise fear(OR=4.258,2.091,2.458,all P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of exercise fear in elderly stroke patients is high.Clinical medical staff should pay close attention to elderly stroke patients with high degree of disability, low family per capita monthly income, low exercise self-efficacy and high pain score.
