Effect of Exercise Intervention Based on Transtheoretical Model on Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis During Drug Treatment
Objective:To explore the effect of exercise intervention based on transtheoretical model on sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:A total of 99 patients with KOA admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to February 2023 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.Among them,49 patients in the control group were treated with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and routine intervention, and 50 patients in the observation group were given transtheoretical model exercise intervention on the basis of the control group. The knee joint function, pain degree and quality of life of the two groups were observed. Results:After 1 month and 3 months of intervention, the LKSS and WOMAC scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the observation group at 1 month,2 months and 3 months after intervention were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention, the scores of psychological state, social relationship, material life and physiological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of exercise intervention based on transtheoretical model in KOA patients during the sodium hyaluronate treatment period has a good effect, which can effectively alleviate the pain level of patients, improve knee joint function, and improve quality of life.
