Effect of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy in Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome During Postoperative Administration
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of rational emotive behavior therapy(REBT)in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)during postoperative medication. Methods:A total of 103 patients with ACS who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into routine group(n=51)and REBT group(n=52)by random number table method. The routine group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the REBT group was treated with routine nursing + rational emotional behavior therapy intervention for 4 weeks. The medication compliance, mood state scale score and self-management ability score were compared between the two groups. Results:The total medication compliance rate of the REBT group was 94.23%,which was higher than 78.43%of the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of tension, fatigue, depression, anger and panic in the REBT group were lower than those in the routine group, and the scores of energy and self-esteem were higher than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of self-management behavior,self-management environment and self-management cognition in the REBT group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:REBT can improve the postoperative medication compliance of ACS patients, improve their bad psychological state, and enhance their self-management ability, which is worthy of clinical application.
