Application Effect of Continuous Quality Improvement Combined with Personalized Pain Intervention in Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoids During Postoperative Drug Wet Compress
Objective:To explore the application effect of continuous quality improvement combined with individualized pain intervention during the wet compress of Kangfuxin liquid after mixed hemorrhoid surgery. Methods:A total of 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were included.According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group(40 patients, personalized pain intervention)and observation group(40 patients, personalized pain intervention+continuous quality improvement intervention). Both groups continued to intervene for 2 weeks. The clinical rehabilitation time, pain[Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)],treatment compliance[Morisky Questionnaire 8 Item Version(MMAS-8)]and complications during intervention were compared between the two groups. Results:The wound healing time and the first defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score at 48 h after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the MMAS-8 score at 2 weeks after intervention was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).During the intervention, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of continuous quality improvement combined with personalized pain intervention during the wet compress of Kangfuxin liquid after mixed hemorrhoids has a significant effect, which can shorten the clinical rehabilitation time of patients, improve the treatment compliance of patients, and reduce the incidence of pain and complications.
