Application Effect of Intervention Mode Under Interactive Standard Theory During Anticoagulant Therapy in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease After PCI
Objective:To analyze the application effect of intervention mode under the interactive standard theory in patients with anticoagulant therapy after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)for coronary heart disease.Method:A total of 88 patients with coronary heart disease who underwent anticoagulation therapy after PCI at the General Hospital of Jinshui District,Zhengzhou City from June 2021 to June 2023 as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group(n=44)and an observation group(n=44)using a random number table method. The control group adopted a conventional intervention mode, while the observation group adopted an intervention mode based on the theory of interactive compliance. The self-management ability[coronary heart disease self-management scale(CSMS score)],anxiety level[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS score)],quality of life[Chinese cardiovascular patient quality of life assessment questionnaire(CQQC score)]and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention, the CSMS scores of the two groups of patients were higher than before intervention, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SAS score of two groups of patients was lower than that before intervention, and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The CQQC score of the two groups of patients was higher than that in before intervention, and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention model based on the interactive compliance theory can effectively improve patients'self-management ability and quality of life, alleviate anxiety levels, and increase patient satisfaction in patients undergoing anticoagulation therapy after coronary heart disease PCI.
