Effect of Edaravone Dextrorphan Combined with Atorvastatin on Cerebral Infarction
Objective:To study the effect of edaravone dextrose(ED)combined with atorvastatin(Ator)on the changes of neurological function and four coagulation indexes in patients with cerebral infarction(CI).Methods:The clinical data of 102 patients with CI in our hospital from April 2020 to September 2022 were collected and randomly divided into group B and group A,with 51 cases in each group.Group B was treated with Ator, and group A was treated with ED combined with Ator. The clinical efficacy,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),Barthel Index(BI)score, four coagulation indexes[thrombin time(TT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),prothrombin time(PT),fibrinogen(FIB)],vascular endothelial function indexes[nitric oxide(NO),endothelin-1(ET-1)],serum neuron-specific enolase(NSE),central nervous specific protein(S100β)levels were compared between the two groups. Results:After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).The NIHSS score of group A was lower than that of group B,and the BI score was higher than that of group B(P<0.05).PT,APTT and TT values in group A were higher than those in group B,and FIB level was lower than that in group A(P<0.05).The level of ET-1 in group A was lower than that in group B,and the level of NO was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).The levels of serum NSE and S100β in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:ED adjuvant therapy has a significant effect on CI patients, which can effectively improve the degree of neurological impairment and daily living ability, regulate coagulation function and vascular endothelial function, and promote the recovery of the disease.
