Effect Observation of Engelfi Assisted Pirarubicin Bladder Perfusion Chemotherapy in Patients with Non-muscle Invasive Bladder Cancer After Operation
Objective:To explore the effect of Engelfi assisted pirarubicin bladder perfusion chemotherapy in patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer. Methods:A total of 76 patients with NMIBT admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to January 2022 were selected. All patients underwent transurethral resection of bladder tumor. They were divided into observation group(n=38)and control group(n=38)according to the 1:1 matching principle of random number table method. The control group was given THP bladder perfusion after operation, and the observation group was given Engefei assisted THP bladder perfusion after operation.Bladder function, cytokines[vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),fibroblast growth factor(FGF)],high expression rate of Ki-67,methylation rate of cadherin(CDH)13,tumor markers[carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),bladder tumor antigen(BTA),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)]and safety were compared between the two groups. Results:After 12 months of treatment, the scores of urination frequency, urgency and urinary incontinence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum VEGF and FGF in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The high expression rate of Ki-67 and the methylation rate of CDH13 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of CA125,BTA and CEA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Engelfi assisted THP intravesical instillation in patients with NMIBC can effectively regulate the levels of cytokines and tumor markers, reduce the methylation rate of CDH13 and the high expression rate of Ki-67,improve bladder function, and has certain safety.
