Effect of Rehabilitation Training Assisted with Ambroxol Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of rehabilitation training assisted by ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and the effect on lung function. Methods:A total of 64 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from July 2019 to February 2023 were selected for the study. The patients were divided into reference group and experimental group by random number table method, with 32 patients in each group. The experimental group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride combined with rehabilitation training, and the reference group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride alone.Pulmonary function indexes,RMS,MRC,6MWT and complications were compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,FEV1,FVC and PEF in experimental group were higher than those in reference group(P<0.05).The RMS and 6MWT of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group, while the MRC of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the experimental group was 6.25%,which was lower than 28.13%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol combined with rehabilitation training has an important value in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, which can comprehensively improve the respiratory muscle strength, cardiopulmonary function and overall physical fitness of patients, reduce the risk of complications and improve the quality of life.
