Comparison of the Effects of Different Doses of Ulinastatin in the Treatment of Septic Shock Patients
Objective:To compare the effects of different doses of ulinastatin in patients with septic shock..Methods:A total of 129 patients with septic shock admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into control group(64 patients)and observation group(65 patients). The control group was given conventional dose ulinastatin treatment, and the observation group was given high-dose ulinastatin treatment. The treatment effects[ICU hospitalization time, acute physiology and chronic health scale(APACHE Ⅱ),sequential organ failure(SOFA),mechanical ventilation time],inflammatory factor levels[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)],oxidative stress factors[malondialdehyde(MDA),advanced oxidation protein product(AOPP),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).ICU stay time, mechanical ventilation time,APACHEⅡ,SOFA score,IL-6,TNF-α,PCT,CRP,MDA and AOPP in observation group were lower than those in control group, and T-AOC and GSH-Px were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the conventional dose of ulinastatin,high-dose ulinastatin can improve the therapeutic effect of septic shock, improve the oxidative stress response and inflammatory response, and has higher safety.
